IFSA Spring 2026 Bring a Friend Grants — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor/Promoter
2025 ֱ, Inc. (“IFSA” or “Sponsor”), 6201 Corporate Drive, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46278, or Email studyabroad@ifsa-butler.org.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to students who:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Are currently enrolled in good academic and disciplinary standing at a U.S. or Canadian two- or four-year college or university;
- Have completed at least one full-time semester of college prior to studying abroad;
- Apply to one of the following IFSA programs for Spring 2026:
- Queen Mary University of London
- University of St Andrews
- IFSA Merida Universities Program
Recent graduates and graduate students may be eligible, but only undergraduate credit may be earned. Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on the host institution (e.g., ֱ minimums, language proficiency).
3. How to Qualify
To receive the grant:
- You and a friend must each submit a complete IFSA application for one of the eligible programs by October 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- You must indicate your friend’s name in the “How did you hear about IFSA?” section of the application or notify your Enrollment Counselor.
- Both students must be accepted and enrolled in the same Spring 2026 program.
4. Grant Details
- Each student will receive a $750 USD Cultural Grant, distributed upon arrival in-country for the Spring 2026 term.
- Grants are intended to support cultural engagement (e.g., local dining, performances, sports events).
- Grants are non-transferable,non-refundable, and cannot be applied to other terms.
- one grant per person.
5. Conditions
- IFSA promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.
- IFSA reserves the right to verify eligibility and withhold grants for any reason.
- IFSA’s decisions on all matters related to this promotion are final.
- By participating, recipients consent to the use of their first name, home institution, and major in promotional materials.
6. Winner Requirements
To receive the grant, students must:
- Complete their application by the posted deadline;
- Provide confirmation of their full name, home institution, and major;
- Comply with all IFSA and host institution policies and procedures.
Begins June 23, 2025 at 12:00pm ET and ends October 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device. Information provided is subject to IFSA’s Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy/ and will be used to administer this promotion and communicate about IFSA study-abroad opportunities.
