David Hilborn
Biography
David Hilborn is a Managing Director for West Monroe Partners, a management consulting firm providing business and technology consulting. David leads the build-out of the firm鈥檚 Human Capital consulting business.
Prior to this role, Mr. Hilborn served as Senior Partner and U.S. & Canada Leader for Mercer鈥檚 Multinational Client Group (MCG). In this role David had global responsibility for managing the financial, growth, commercial and service aspects of the business. Mr. Hilborn also continued to serve as a Global Client Manager with responsibility for managing a select number of the firm鈥檚 largest multinational client relationships. Previously, he was leader for the firm鈥檚 Gulf Coast market.
During his 25 years with Mercer, Mr. Hilborn developed consulting expertise in such areas as human capital strategy, HR effectiveness, talent management and total rewards across multiple industries. His strong leadership experience also includes prior roles as Market Business Leader for Mercer鈥檚 Career business in the Central market, Mercer U.S. Sales Leader, leader for the firm鈥檚 Virginia market, and HR Effectiveness business leader.
Mr. Hilborn has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in policy and management from Dickinson College and the University of Essex in Colchester, England and a master鈥檚 degree in organizational development from The George Washington University.
